The Multifunctional Room is located on the main floor of the Student Residence and measures 48.1 square meters (~518 SF). The area includes the reception desk area, two large seating areas, four communal tables, a television display, and large windows overlooking the Hrazdan gorge, with access to the exterior balcony area.
