With the capacity to hold nearly 1,300 guests, AUA’s Large Auditorium is used for major events such as Commencement, Alumni Homecoming, public lectures, Matriculation, student club performances, and more.

With a seating capacity of 90, this auditorium is used for various events and presentations.
University Cafeteria
Serving hundreds of students, faculty, staff and guests on daily basis, the newly renovated cafeteria is an extremely popular space in the University. With an open kitchen and serving counter, the cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch and dinner six days a week.
Collaborative Study Space
Situated in the Mihran and Elizabeth Agbabian Hall near the entrance of the Main Building, the glass-enclosed space serves as an extension of the library. It is equipped with workstations allowing teams of students to work on joint projects in a collaborative learning environment.
Collaborative Study Rooms in AGBU-Papazian Library - 5 Rooms Available
Each of these study rooms has a TV monitor that can be hooked up to a computer, allowing students to work on group projects and study together, thereby facilitating collaborative learning.
Computer Laboratories - 4 Labs Available
Separated by foldable glass walls, these are the main computer labs open to students. They are also used as classrooms for coding courses as well as the authorized center by the University Extension for administering standardized tests, such as TOEFL, SAT and ACT. The space is always full of students and is open late.

With a full view of Baghramyan Avenue, these classrooms are equipped with integrated technology, including a podium with internet access and audio-visual facilities. Large classrooms are about 72 square meters with a capacity of 45 persons.

Each classroom is equipped with integrated technology, including a podium with internet access and audio-visual facilities. The size of medium classrooms is about 45 square meters with a capacity of 28 persons.
Small Classrooms in Main Building - 3 Rooms Available
With a full view of Baghramyan Avenue, these classrooms are equipped with integrated technology, including a podium with internet access and audio-visual facilities. The size of small classrooms is about 36 square meters with a capacity of 18 persons.

The new elevators receive increased traffic throughout the Main Building.
Bridge connecting the Main Building with Paramaz Avedisian Building (PAB)
As the main link between the two buildings on campus, this bridge is widely used by students, faculty, staff, and visitors alike. The bridge is also home to the ChangeMaker wall that recognizes the 200 ChangeMakers of AUA and the Open Centers of Excellence with an innovative design and TV display to highlight the Centers.

Conference Rooms 133W and 233W in West Wing of Paramaz Avedisian Building
With full views of Mount Ararat, these elegant conference rooms are furnished with an oval-shaped conference table with a capacity of 20 persons with additional space in the room for another 20 persons. The room is equipped with audio-visual and teleconferencing facilities. The size is 60 square meters with a total capacity of 40.
Student Union
Students’ most favorite space on campus, the newly opened Student Union houses a large room with a kitchenette for socializing and student collaborations, a quiet room for studying, an office for meetings of the Student Council and the Editorial Board of The Bridge, and the Writing & Math Center. Covers 300 square meters with the capacity of 150 persons.
An elegant space for the faculty and their guests to gather, interact, collaborate, reflect and discuss teaching, research and scholarly interests. Brown-bag lunches, faculty meetings and formal and informal presentations are held here. The space is equipped with a kitchenette and audio-visual facilities. The size is 140 square meters with a capacity of 60 persons.
Situated on the North side of the Paramaz Avedisian Building and visible from the glass atrium of the building, this open-air, tiered amphitheater is used for musical events, theatrical performances, student debates and lectures. It is adjacent to the public path going through the campus, thus allowing public participation in the events and demonstrating University’s commitment to transparency, openness and academic freedom. The size is 120 square meters with a capacity of 140 persons.
Student Residence
Situated at the edge of the Hrazdan gorge in the Ethnographic District next to the Parajanov Museum, and with a clear view of Mount Ararat, this four-story building, currently under construction, will be the main student residence facility of the University. It will have 56+ beds, including rooms with all modern amenities, rooms specially designed for disabled students, a computer lab, study room, library, laundry facilities, and a communal kitchen. Total floor area is 1010 square meters.
